Spontaneity

with Brenna Dixon

"Spontaneity class was the best thing I've done in years. I absolutely loved it.” —L. Young

Everyone can enjoy the laughter and play of improvisation!

Spontaneity covers the basics of improvisation. You’ll work on unleashing your creativity and unlocking your spontaneity through impro games and exercises based on play, collaboration and support. This course is designed to encourage fearlessness, to help you break out of your comfort zone and have fun!

We’ll explore the principles of improvisation, for example:

  • Being present in the moment
  • Accepting ideas - saying yes
  • Idea generation
  • Supportive play
  • Silencing the internal critic
  • Improving your skills in communication
