Our Introduction to Improvisation covers the basics of online improvisation in a fun and supportive environment. This weekly class is a chance to have fun, be silly, let off steam, and learn new skills.
We’ll explore the principles of improvisation, for example:
- Being present in the moment
- Accepting ideas - saying yes
- Idea generation
- Supportive play and collaboration
- Silencing the internal critic
- Improving your skills in communication
- Active listening

This course will be taught via the online platform Zoom and requires no prior improvisation or performance experience. All our classes have a password and we lock the room 15min after start time to prevent Zoom raiders.
