In this course, we will explore friendship and what it means.
What is friendship worth?
During our life, our friendships change. To some, friendships become an obligation, to others their chosen family.
In this performance, we will explore what it means to be friends in the world of technology, post-pandemic, changing family structures, friends with benefits, aging, and more...
During the course, We will use tools such as mantras, character work, and love languages, and draw on our own collective experience
Students will learn to
- play scenes with commitment and depth
- honor the material whilst maintaining the shape of the show.
- how to explore a topic in the rehearsal room and in performance to enthrall and entice your audience into relating, questioning, and perhaps even seeing parts of themselves.
