Cancellation and Refunds
By registering and paying for a course or single workshop with Impro Melbourne the participant agrees to the Impro Melbourne Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel a course for which they have paid in full, the following conditions apply.
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by email or through our contact form
If this is received more than 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
Between 7–28 days prior to the course commencement date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Fewer than 7 days prior to the course commencement date, the course fee is non-refundable.
Single-session conferences, workshops, and events may have different cancellation terms depending on individual event requirements.
Cancellation by Impro Melbourne
Impro Melbourne reserves the right to change the lead tutor of the workshop, to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers, and to cancel any course in the event of exceptional circumstances. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all course participants as soon as possible.
Where cancellation of a course or single workshop occurs, Impro Melbourne will provide (where possible) alternative dates for course delivery, or similar courses, or a full refund of the course fees.
