Formats & Styles prepares you for the stage through an exciting and in-depth rehearsal process. Each course focuses on a particular format or style of improvisation, aimed at expanding your range and repertoire.
From games-based shows to narrative or genre, these classes challenge students to use all their skills while rehearsing a particular format structure or performance style. The class concludes with a performance for other students and family and friends at Impro Melbourne’s end-of-term celebration. After the performance, the class has a post-show discussion and notes session.
